Hi, my name is Isaac Pohlman. Iā€™m a dietitian originally from a small rural town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and am currently residing in Chicago. During my undergrad at Alma College, I studied human physiology and during my Master's program at the University of Michigan, I studied public health and nutritional sciences. Since then, I have gone through many intensive trainings, including my internship to become a Registered Dietitian, mentorship programs under Josh Rubin and Morley Robbins, and independent research through numerous books, classes, and research papers.

Despite these experiences, I have found my personal experiences with health and working with clients 1:1 to be much more valuable. I was inspired to pursue nutrition after developing a series of health issues, including hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalances, and type 1 diabetes, during my high school and early college days. I weave much of these personal experiences into my business, which has become the foundation for how I help clients.

I believe health is much more than one single value or condition. There are real people behind health data and many times that is forgotten. I believe we need to treat the people rather than the condition or bloodwork. I'm grateful to be able to connect with men and women around the world who are in a similar place I was years ago and am honored to play a role in their healing journeys!
